In my "day job", I work for a County Government Department of Public Safety as a Fiscal Specialist, which means I buy some pretty cool toys and pay some pretty big bills. I started my public service career as an EMT over 35 years ago and have filled many varied roles since then.I'm a self-taught computer geek that specializes in anything to do with Spreadsheets and Evernote. Evernote Tidbits

  • Evernote's Elephant is named Mads, after their first paying customer.

  • Sort Order for alphabetizing items - special characters such as .,_,@#! will sort before numbers. Numbers 0 – 9 will sort after characters and punctuation but before alphabetical characters.

  • Search Tip: created:20210101 -created:20210201 keyword = search for notes created between these two dates containing this keyword [the - indicates to search before a date].
